Accounting services
Ledgers, payroll, VAT and financial statements – your whole bookkeeping handled on time and correctly, under one roof. You see your finances in real time in Procountor, and we respond quickly.
What bookkeeping covers
From daily entries to monthly reports, from payroll to VAT returns — everything is handled by the same team. You upload your receipts via Procountor and we take care of the rest. We serve you in Finnish, English, and Chinese.
From daily transactions to the monthly reports – your finances stay continuously up to date.
One-off and phased, more complex matters – according to plans and schedules.
Payroll
Payroll covers wage calculation and payment, income register filings, employer insurance contributions, and holiday pay and bonuses. Collective agreement premiums — such as evening and weekend supplements in the restaurant sector — are calculated from the shift roster. Clear price per payslip, no hidden costs.
Calculated, paid and reported, and you just see the finished result.
Holiday seasons, collective agreements and exceptions are handled too.
Restaurant-trade specialist
Restaurant bookkeeping differs from regular business bookkeeping in a few key ways. Food VAT is 13.5% instead of 25.5%. Wolt and ResQ sales need reconciling against the POS. The MaRa collective agreement brings its own rules for wages and premiums. If you serve alcohol, there are additional reporting obligations. We handle all of this — you see the results in real time through Procountor.

How we work
When the material is complete, we file the tax return within 14 days and deliver three key reports: the income statement for the current month and year, the balance sheet, and the tax return.
Bank authorisation to Procountor and authorised data retrieval from the POS and sales channels.
With the Procountor app you photograph and upload receipts and invoices whenever and wherever.
Employment contracts, working-time reports, pay types and holidays – we provide consistent templates.
Review purchase invoices and payslips, approve and pay directly in Procountor.
Each month we send a report package: income statement, balance sheet and tax return.
Pricing
Three monthly packages based on company size — Kevyt, Vakio, and Kasvu — or per task for individual jobs. Billing is based on work actually done: entry volume, payslips, and agreed tasks. The price always includes trilingual support and Procountor guidance. See also the full price list with examples.
Estimate your monthly price based on voucher count and number of employees.
What counts as a voucher? A purchase or sales invoice, a receipt or a bank transaction each counts as one voucher. Below we estimate the monthly price by voucher count, a few per sales day is a fair starting estimate.

Price estimate
A monthly estimate based on your company size – the Kevyt, Vakio and Kasvu packages.
Matches package: Vakio · 60 vouchers / month, 3 employees
⚠ The price is an estimate based on voucher count, which is also an estimate of your monthly transaction volume. This is the bookkeeping service price and does not include the Procountor software fee. The final price is confirmed in the offer, and billing is based on work actually done.

Not at all – we lead the whole process. First we contact your current firm and retrieve the statements, ledgers and balances. Then we bring them into Procountor and set it up, tidying up the earlier bookkeeping along the way if needed. After that, your bookkeeping continues directly in Procountor, and the switch is timed so your daily bookkeeping, reporting and payroll never pause for a moment. There's no extra charge for the switch. The price is a clear monthly package based on workload (receipts, payslips), not hourly and no surcharge for languages. Yes, and this is our specialty. When we take over, we first reconstruct the history retroactively, reconcile the ledgers and balances entry by entry, and correct the mispostings, missing entries and unfiled returns until the books are clean and compliant. After that we move to monthly bookkeeping, and the worry is gone for good.
The statutory deadline for the VAT return and payment is the 12th day of the second month following the reporting period (for example, January's VAT by 12 March at the latest), and a small business can also report quarterly or annually. You only need to remember one thing: send us the month's receipts as agreed, and we file and pay on time for you, so you never have to worry about the deadline.
Most small companies are exempt from auditing. It becomes mandatory only when at least two of the following are exceeded in two consecutive financial years: a balance sheet over €100,000, turnover over €200,000, or more than 3 employees. We work out for you whether you cross the threshold during the consultation, and either way we prepare a financial statement that holds up to bank and regulatory scrutiny.
