Talous SK specializes in restaurant-trade bookkeeping and payroll, and we serve you in Finnish, English and Chinese. We know the MaRa-sector collective agreement (TES), POS systems and the reconciliation of sales channels (Wolt, ResQ), and we serve many Chinese restaurant owners across Finland. Ledgers, monthly reports and the financial statement all come from one point of contact.
Bookkeeping is billed monthly according to the work actually done: the number of vouchers, the number of payslips and the agreed tasks. Company formation as well as brand and website work are fixed-price projects. Estimate your monthly cost by voucher count, or ask for a free estimate.

In a switch we retrieve your material, ledgers and balances from the previous firm, with a seamless transition and no break in service. You can reach us by email and WhatsApp, and your own contact person replies in the language that suits you best (Finnish, English, Chinese). Our office is in Espoo, but the service runs remotely across Finland.
Procountor frees you from stacks of paper and back-and-forth emails. You see your income, expenses, ledgers and the month's profit on your phone or computer whenever you like, and e-invoices, purchase approvals, bank payments and voucher archiving all happen in one system. As a Procountor Platinum partner we handle onboarding, training and the line-by-line review, so you can focus on the reports and decisions. The software subscription is paid directly to Procountor according to Procountor's price list, and we bill the bookkeeping service separately.
