Shiba Sushi
When opening their first restaurant, Shiba's founder knew almost nothing about Finnish registration or monthly bookkeeping. We took care of the Business ID, the trade register and VAT registrations, and set up Procountor bookkeeping and Wolt sales reconciliation. By the time the second and third locations opened, the structure was clear enough to copy: each location keeps its own books, the group sees everything at a glance.
